If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so 24 hours before your service. Failure to cancel your appointment will result in a 15% cancel fee. This fee must be paid in order to rebook. I understand life happens and emergencies come up. I will always try and be as accommodating as possible to whatever situation may arise. But please understand that this is my job and not a hobby.
